Return & Refund Policy

All orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for any unreasonable / non-quality reasons once the package has been shipped.

We only accept returns or exchanges exclusively for verified product quality issues, which must be reported and confirmed within 3 calendar days after the buyer receives and signs for the goods.

To proceed with a valid return or exchange due to quality problems, the buyer must provide clear photos, videos, and detailed proof of the defect. We will review and respond within 24 hours, and arrange return, replacement or compensation accordingly after confirmation.

Important Note:
Our company does NOT bear or cover any international return shipping costs. All return freight charges, customs duties, taxes and related fees for returning goods shall be fully borne by the buyer.

We have local service centers in some countries. Buyers may choose to return the goods to our local service centers. For specific details and arrangements, please contact our customer service team for consultation.
